Important Notice: By accessing or using the services, algorithmic software interfaces, analytical models, and digital web portal operated by Neon Zinsik, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Neon Zinsik ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your interaction with the Neon Zinsik web portal, API endpoints, algorithmic tools, quantitative signals, and related informational services (collectively, the "Platform").

Neon Zinsik operates as a specialized technology vendor delivering algorithmic execution models and market information processing tools. We are not a broker, dealer, investment firm, credit institution, or portfolio manager. All content is engineered for informational and technological utility.

2. Eligibility and Account Provision

To access the Platform or register an account, you must satisfy the following criteria:

3. Non-Advisory and Technological Status

Neon Zinsik provides algorithmic data processing software, predictive computational analytics, and signal aggregation. You expressly acknowledge and consent to the following:

4. Investment and Volatility Risks

Trading in foreign exchange (Forex), digital cryptoassets, and derivative instruments entails substantial financial hazards. Market prices fluctuate drastically within short intervals due to liquidity constraints, macroprudential shifts, and regulatory interventions.

Algorithmic signals, backtesting models, and historical indicators are inherently hypothetical and cannot guarantee forward performance or capital preservation. You accept that you may lose part or all of your committed capital. You must never commit funds that you cannot afford to forfeit in their entirety.

5. Integration with Third-Party Liquidity Providers and Brokers

Neon Zinsik may furnish API conduits, routing frameworks, or hyperlinks to independent third-party trading providers and licensed execution brokers. We exercise no supervisory control over external broker platforms, their solvency, regulatory compliance, account validation procedures, or deposit safeguarding mechanisms. Any contractual relationship formed with an external broker is entirely segregated from your agreement with Neon Zinsik.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, source code, user interfaces, proprietary algorithmic formulas, visual designs, trademarks, logos, and written content comprising the Neon Zinsik ecosystem remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our web portal solely for private, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompilation, automated web scraping, data extraction, or redistribution of our intellectual assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Behaviours

When interacting with the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of England and Wales, Neon Zinsik, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technical partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, capital losses, data loss, algorithmic latency, or business disruption arising from your access to or inability to use the Platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neon Zinsik from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, non-compliance with applicable financial regulations, or infringement on third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement.

10. Modifications and Contact Inquiries

We reserve the right to amend, update, or supersede these Terms at any time. Material revisions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Revised" timestamp. Continued engagement with our services after updates are published signifies your full acceptance of the revised Terms.

For administrative or legal queries regarding these Terms, please contact the legal department via electronic correspondence at [email protected].
